#Parched: which means Dried (courtesy Google) but there is nothing dry other than beautifully shot desert of Rajasthan by Russel Carpenter (Titanic, Ant-Man).
Three leading ladies Tannishtha Chatterjee, Radhika Apte and Surveen Chawla takes their character to peak of acting and make us feel that as an audience which is fan of Bebo and Kat, we really don't deserve to watch them onscreen.
High time, Leena Yadav finally showed male domination, unemployment, widows's bad condition, alcohol side effects, lack of education and individual desire to enjoy the natural fun in life, all in one movie.
Hats off to her for this Bold but not beautiful, dark but not sombre creation. A must watch for cinema lover and yes it is not at all about what is being leaked and rumored.

MUST WATCH

Friday, September 16, 2016

#Pink: Girls will love it and Guys will learn from it.
The first half is like a thriller, taut and tense, with the audience biting its nails out of concern for the girls’ safety
While second half shows the epic dialogue delivery with stellar performance of seasoned actors like Piyush Mishra and legendary Amitabh Bachhan along with leading lady Tapsi Pannu and offcourse all the other characters who were selected purely on their acting skill.

Every single argument and conclusion on court room stands true. Kudos to writer Ritesh Shah for maintaining such sensitivity while writing the screenplay of the film.

This must be in your To-Do list this weekend as this is indeed the STRONGEST women-centric film of the year!

MUST WATCH
#BarBarDekho: Just one line.
EK BAAR BHI MAT DEKHO

PIRATED WATCH:-)

#FreakyAli : Mix Katrina, Kareena, Deepika, Priyanka in a blender and you get The Beauty, Amy Jackson.
Then mix all the Khans and Kapoors and you get The Actor, Nawajuddin Siddiqui.
Add 200 grams of lighthearted comedy, 500 grams of Golf, 100 grams of good quality background score and 100 grams of good direction and boom you get "Freaky Ali" which is not freaking awesome but definitely a good neat and clean movie and very well watchable.

TIMEPASS
#Akira: A Good Boss is highly required to unleash the true potential of his subordinate and that is what happens when A R Murugadoss puts his confidence on a "Thappad se Darne wali girl" and replace a male lead character with her.
Sonakshi Sinha just zipped all her critics to break her dancing girl image with her excellent fight skills, effortless punches and kicks, emotional yet tough expressions and delivers the best performance of her career.
After Bunty Bhaiya in Shagid, watching Anurag Kashyap as a bad guy was not surprise. He’s menacing alright but also super shady and that is very entertaining with his unique flavor of accent. Bollywood baddies, keep him away from villain roles.

Konkana Sen is always a delight to watch. Short but pleasant role. However not sure, why the hell she was shown as pregnant lady in an active cop role.
At last, a simple storyline, no non-sense romantic drama, no irritating songs in the midst of suspense, gripping in first half and ends in Murugadoss style in second half.

MUST WATCH
#Rustam: Well, Neeraj Pandey and Akshay Kumar association is a reason good enough to watch a movie. After Holiday, Baby and Airlift, it’s one more step for his brand of patriotism.
Akshay Kumar ensures that you root for Rustom Pavri even though he did the right thing in wrong way.
Though it is not as good as expected from trailer as it moves in the relationship betrayal than being patriotic but Akki in uniform makes it worth watching.
With melodious music, good laughter, decent story, lovely Ileana, and terrific commander in action.

GOOD TO WATCH
Madari: starts with the expected sequence of kidnap but soon you realize that other expectations of thrill, suspense, sharp tricks etc are not going to meet.
Slow pace with only background score does take the charm off for a while but post interval an ocean of emotions by kickass acting of Irrfan touches you in the heart and displays the cruelty of the corrupt system in the country.
Basically not an entertainer like A Wednesday, weak in execution, unconvincing in screenplay but good in intention, well in efforts, high in emotions specially the climex and just terrific in acting.
Watch it for the true Khan, Irrfan Khan.

GOOD TO WATCH

Kabali: First Tamil Movie in theatre, that too such a sensational with the megastar Rajni The God.
Went with excitement and high expectations but guess what this proved one of the worst movie ever watched. Blind Rajni fans please stop reading here.
Pathetically scripted, ridiculously directed and mercilessly placed long routine conversations make it extremely boring and exhausting even before interval.

No emotions, no story, no action, no comedy, no suspense, this piece of crap is flawed in every single aspect of film making except overhyped social media marketing.
I feel pity for people going to watch it after burning 500-2000 rs tomorrow while it is not even worth pirated copy. Writing this in mid night so that someone can save their money. You can thank me later.
Sorry #Madari missed you because of ill marketing, will correct the mistake tomorrow.

NOT EVEN WORTH PIRATED WATCH

:-)
#Sultan: Khans teach one thing.
"Naam aisa karo ki naam lete hi kaam ho jaye".
Nothing great and an average typical bhai style movie but broke all the records in box office just because it's Sallu bhai.

Even fight can't be compared with Brothers. Bajrangi Bhaijaan stands his best movie so far.
Not applicable to say now but this can easily be missed.
#Madaari is next to be watched without fail.
